This is what we learned from the 1st national barometer dedicated to alcohol-free or low-alcohol beverages conducted by the Degré Zéro trade show in December 2024. This consumption has increased by 42%, while their alcohol consumption has decreased by 33%. The range of products is increasingly diverse and of higher quality to meet a rapidly growing demand
The 2025 Trade Show, for its second edition, broke records by welcoming nearly 70 exhibitors and 1028 visitors, demonstrating the appeal of national and international buyers (49 nationalities recorded) for this market. The Degré Zéro trade show is also the stage for previews, with many new products presented
In 2026, the trade show will open its doors to other functional and creative beverages. Degré Zéro will thus welcome a broad spectrum of market offerings, whether dealcoholized, fermented, macerated, or distilled. Professional visitors will therefore be able to find – in one place – quality alternatives to meet the demands of their consumers
